日勝生加賀屋國際溫泉飯店 - Beitou District

Came here for the Hot Spring Day Tour Package. Had lunch followed by 90 minutes in the hot bath. Staff were very friendly and professional, and we were looked after from the moment we stepped out of our car. Lunch was good (though not mind blowing) and filling. The private hot springs were clean and equipped with its own bathroom, TV and toiletries. The whole facility was very clean, proving it to be a truly Japanese hotel, not just in looks, but how it is ran and maintained. Giving it four stars instead of five as we had a minor but completely avoidable hiccup with the staff at the start of our meal.

Excellent 1st hot spring day spa Our wonderful experience started upon arrival being greeted by courteous service staff with friendly smiles The lady staff efficiently brought us away from main entrance and up to the 5th floor. This was much appreciated as it was raining and some congestion due to big group of arriving guests. We encountered a small issue when the reception somehow could not retrieve our booking. The booking was done through a family friend. It shall definitely a wet blanket for my 3 kids if we have to be turned away after the 40 min trip from home. Not to mention the disappointment. They were looking forward to the hot water tub bath. The receptionist who attended to us is called Mr. 韩. He was very steady and professional. He asked me to give him some time to look into the matter and he escorted us to the rest area to wait. Shortly, he returned and confirmed and apologised that there is really no such booking in the system. However, he managed to find a empty room for our session. He ever arranged an another 30 minutes in addition to reserved 1.5 hours slot for the inconvenience caused. The kids were treated with complimentary biscuits and snacks. Yummy. The room is clean and we had a wonderful 2 hours hot spring bath. Many thanks for service staff for their efficiency and friendly customer service. We truly enjoyed our session. The restaurant on the 3rd floor was wonderful, probably some of the best Japanese cuisine I've ever had in Taipei. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients they used, and the preparation of the food was exceptional. The flavors were well balanced and the meal was great overall. I was here for the dinner + 90min hot spring experience, the hot spring room was clean and well maintained. I felt like they could have provided slippers to make it easier to walk to the common area for tea, but besides that minor inconvenience the experience was great. The staff was very friendly and attentive, from the valet to the restaurant staff and front desk. Overall a very nice little hotel, with pleasant Japanese decor and good facilities. Definitely worth a visit!

Best Japanese resort in Beitou. Luxury and comfort. Incredible service. Loved ever moment of my stay. Thank you.

Good services, clean environment, very Japanese style.. went to this hot spring room.. not really a fan of this tub style. But I would definitely come again for different room style

Pretty nice Japanese-styled hot spring hotel. Rooms are nice, baths were spacious, and staff were accommodating. My main issue with my trip here was that both dinner and breakfast service had booked too many people, forcing me to wait for up to an hour to be seated, and in the case of breakfast, another 30-40 minutes until food arrived even after that. For any other hotel I'd look the other way, but if you're pricing yourself as a 5 star hotel, then amateur mistakes like these are kind of insulting.

Went for the 90 min double person hotspring room (雙人湯屋) during a weekday, and the lack of crowds plus nice Japanese themed rooms was quite pleasant. Will definitely go back again.

I feel like it is a bit overpriced. The hot spring was definitely comfortable and relaxing, but the room was extremely cramped and was not cleaned thorough enough. There were plenty of hairs of unknown source floating in the bathtub. Also the facility could be better. The water barely came out of the shower head even when I pulled the tap all the way through. Besides, hose was too short so I had to crouch in order to clean myself. It only makes sense to visit here if the price is halved.
