要認養的貓照顧得很漂亮～希望能多賣一點東西或是餐飲，沒養貓的我去有點不知所措～還好小姐很客氣有禮貌

Staff are super friendly and also they have a IP Camera that you can just basically watch and talk to your pets via app on Iphone with no worries!

I believe this friend may have some misunderstandings. These staff are very patient and love cat. Also the environment is very good for cat.

The place was so wonderful. Not only for cats but for people who visited. The clerks were so nice that introduce the environment and anything we need to aware.

You will have some difficulty communicating if you don't speak Chinese. But the store is clean and the cats seem happy and well looked after. Hope to find a nice kitten to add to the family. Unfortunately some of the temporary owners don't want to let the cats be adopted by people that are not Taiwanese. And when you call them out for their discrimination Say they don't want to separate cats that came in together. Perhaps they should advertise them together then. "IF" that is the case. After my visit I didn't feel convinced they had the best interest of the cats as a priority. I was there to find a new addition to my family as I lost my 19 year old cat not long ago and they tried to talk me out of every cat I showed interest in. I don't know if its even worth trying to apply for one of them. I would bet money if I sent in one of my local friends there wouldn't be such a run around. Update:The fact that I wanted to adopt a kitten as a Christmas gift for my wife had nothing to do with anything. I was told the temporary owners of the kitten I was applying for wanted the adopting person to be Taiwanese! My Wife and I were then invited in after I made my review. Our visit left us even more convinced that this company is morally bankrupt.

This cat hotel has been one of the best things that happened to us during our stay in Taipei. I have housed both my cats with them many times and both my cats have grown familiar and comfortable with the staff there. I love the live cam where i could check on my furkids as and when. Their dedication and care towards my furkids allow me to travel in peace, knowing my cats are in very good hands. For pawrents, it's a blessing to be able to find a cat hotel whom you can entrust your precious furkids to. And i am glad i found 貓館 ❤️
