2022.04.08 麻醬麵有花生醬真的很好吃喔? 麻辣鴨血炒手都有麻麻味滷菜也好吃 口味整體稍稍偏鹹大滷湯清爽 帶位出餐都很快速 但很明顯人手不足因為電話響不停 一定要點花生醬麻醬麵好吃不堪

分享一下我昨晚在老北投吃排骨麵心得 1/我嘗試不同吃法 把調味區的榨菜 辣蘿蔔 辣椒調在一起 再用乾拌麵方式調和 感覺很夠味 2/湯頭蠻清淡 適合有年紀及三高顧慮者 不要再另外加胡椒粉 3/排骨炸的很棒 以前在市區仁愛路上班時我常常吃君悅排骨 兩者各有特色 君悅排骨帶骨口感有嚼勁 老北投排骨雖不大但酥脆爽口 4/價格親民 新台幣紅色一張 100元完勝各家排骨麵 5/容器都是不鏽鋼 環境整潔舒適 建議加個活動隔板 總坪是值得推薦再訪的麵館
Share my experience of eating pork ribs noodles in Lao Beitou last night 1/ I try different ways of eating. I mix the mustard, spicy radish and chili in the seasoning area, and then mix it with dry noodles. It feels very delicious. 2/ The soup is quite light, suitable for those who are old and concerned about the three highs. Do not add additional pepper 3/ The fried pork ribs are great. I used to eat Junyue spare ribs when I went to work on Renai Road in the city. Both have their own characteristics. 4/ The price is close to the people, NT$100 for a piece of red is better than every pork ribs noodles 5/ The containers are all stainless steel, and the environment is clean and comfortable. It is recommended to add a movable partition. Zongping is a noodle restaurant worth recommending to visit again.

初次造訪位於捷運北投站旁邊的這家店,點了一個炸雞腿飯,雞腿炸得外皮酥脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁,很不錯,吃第一口時讓人感到驚艷!
The first time I visited this restaurant next to MRT Beitou Station, I ordered a fried chicken leg rice. The chicken legs were fried with crispy skin and tender and juicy meat. It was very good. The first bite was amazing!

因為登山活動的關係,下山走至北投車站已暮色西沉燈火通明,友人建議至北投捷運站旁用餐,其實同行都是第一次品嚐老北投的料理,發現店前有不少等候外帶的客人之外,店內更是桌桌都有人。 約略看了一下菜單,點了大碗西紅柿蛋麵、瓜仔肉燥飯,以及一大盤的滷菜、炸豆腐,又外帶麻辣鴨血。話說第一次吃西紅柿蛋麵在花蓮,很喜歡濃郁、番茄鮮甜的湯頭,想不到在台北也能吃到類似的口味,而且麵的口感更勝於花蓮的刀削麵,比花蓮的麵更為彈牙卻不厚硬。那碗醃過的冬瓜仔,透出老阿嬤的古早味手藝,有別於一般的肉燥飯,仍有股冬瓜的清香甜。再來是滿滿一大盤的滷菜,海帶的軟度剛剛好也不稀爛,蘿蔔、松阪豬肉保有食材的原味鮮美,滷大腸頭更是沒話說的Q,卻易咀嚼不韌,炸豆腐外酥內軟。 全部吃光光,表達對廚師的敬意。
