★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 提到東成醬油，如果對台南小吃熟悉的話就知道，台南小吃很多都是用東成的味味露做為沾醬，味味露的甘甜味很明顯很獨特，像是青菜或甜不辣簡單水煮之後沾上味味露，就有一半像是台南吃到的味道了，說是台南小吃的專用沾醬應該不為過。白曝油也很美味。
前幾天好奇查了一下才發現東成醬油的台北連絡處居然在我家附近。跑了幾趟終於買到了，老闆說這邊基本上是倉庫，雖然也提供零售，但不見得天天會開，要來之前可以打電話問問看。
Speaking of Dongcheng soy sauce, if you are familiar with Tainan snacks, many Tainan snacks use Dongcheng's Weiweilu as a dipping sauce. The sweetness of Weiweilu is obviously unique, such as green vegetables or sweet and not spicy simple water. After cooking, it will be covered with mimilu, half of the taste is like the taste of Tainan. It should not be an exaggeration to say that it is a special sauce for Tainan snacks. White oil is also delicious.
A few days ago, I was curious to check it and found out that the Taipei contact office of Dongcheng Soy Sauce was actually near my home. After a few trips, I finally bought it. The boss said that this is basically a warehouse. Although it also provides retail, it may not be open every day. You can call to ask before you come.
