★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紅燒牛肉麵，麵很柔嫩牛肉很有嚼勁，湯料口味重，價格實在公道，附小菜有優惠，平民美食，吃的很飽。

牛肉吃起來感覺像罐頭肉，湯頭稍嫌清淡。
燙青菜，味素放過多，變成甜的。
涼菜部份，有冰箱味。
環境整潔，櫃台有禮貌。

The beef tastes like canned meat, and the soup is slightly bland.
When the vegetables are blanched, too much monosodium glutamate is added and it becomes sweet.
The cold dishes have a refrigerator smell.
The environment is tidy and the counter is polite.

Stewed beef noodles are 140 yuan. The beef is fresh and tender. The noodles are moderately firm and not overly elastic but chewy. The soup is refreshing and contains the smell of ginger juice, and the ratio is appropriate. The feeling of eating is very subjective, personal opinions are for reference only

牛肉麵套餐160 一份小菜 有滷味或蔬菜類可選(單點35元)
牛肉麵 我選的是茄汁牛肉麵 一般紅燒上面放一瓢茄汁 建議不要點這品項 不是蕃茄等下去熬的牛肉湯 湯有點濁 不好喝 麵刀切麵還可以 牛肉不多 不怎樣 性價比不如北投吳家
