★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星期日晚上,二寶臨時發燒加上很喘,心裡著急打算要去急診室,突然想到陳柏宏診所星期日有營業,打去診所詢問,櫃檯說9:30之前要到,於是帶著大寶(剛好也有點流鼻水)全家飛奔過去,正好9:30踏進去,當時診所還有很多人在等候,櫃檯卻態度很差的說已經不受理掛號,我抱著孩子請求通融,櫃檯就說,待會看診醫師會決定要不要收逾時費300元,當下想說醫師應該不會為難我吧!結果,看診完準備付錢時,掛號費變3倍,100元變300元,兩個孩子再乘以二等於600元,櫃檯看著我說,是醫師決定的,此時剛好醫師站在走廊,我回頭跟醫師解釋抵達時間,希望她能諒解,不要收取逾時費用,沒想到醫師回我「這不是她決定的範圍」???當下心裡很不是滋味!真的很想問,那到底是誰來決定要不要收這個費用的?但抱著還在發燒的孩子,想著,好吧!應該是櫃檯想收加班費吧!最後還是吞下情緒,付錢走人。
回到家,爸爸急著餵完藥,好讓大寶去睡覺,於是沒看清楚醫師開什麼藥就餵了,我忙完後拿起藥袋檢視,我的天啊!大寶吃了「抗生素」!只是流一點鼻水,為什麼要吃抗生素?雖然二寶很嚴重,但不代表大寶一樣啊!我真的超級生氣又傻眼,醫師開藥也沒特別說明有開抗生素,也沒提醒要準時吃藥或回診,藥劑師也沒說明,重點是,完全過度治療啊!
提醒家長真的要小心注意,孩子是否接受適當的治療?吃進去的到底是什麼?

When I got home, my father was in a hurry to finish the medicine so that Dabao could go to bed, so he did not see what medicine the doctor prescribed, and I took the medicine bag for inspection after he was busy, my God! Dabao took "antibiotics"! Just runny nose, why take antibiotics? Although Erbao is serious, it doesn't mean that Dabao is the same! I was really super angry and dumbfounded. The doctor did not specifically prescribe any antibiotics, did not remind me to take the medicine on time or return to the clinic, and the pharmacist did not explain. The point is that it is completely overtreated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 疫情期間,小孩半夜突然發燒咳嗽,一早馬上帶他去看醫生,因為掛號陳柏宏醫生人太多,所以就掛另一個陳*淳醫生,結果一進去診間,醫生只問今天有甚麼症狀,我們說咳嗽發燒,醫生說那食慾正常嗎?我們就說正常呀,最後醫生說那就開咳嗽和退燒藥給你吃,我說那不用看喉嚨有沒有發炎嗎!?之前不是會看耳朵有沒有中耳炎嗎?醫生回我疫情期間少接觸比較好!!!我整個傻眼的離開診間,我來看醫生就是想知道小孩的問題點呀。對這醫生很失望,所以如果要去陳柏宏看,還是建議給陳柏宏醫生看。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打流感疫苗,陳柏宏醫師解說親切,醫師和護理師有主動拿疫苗外盒和疫苗本身做確認。大人小孩共有自費和公費兩種,一次只拿取一種疫苗出外盒,雙重核對令人安心。
(同次不同人打不同種疫苗時,有的診所會把要打的疫苗全部一起拿出來,但這家診所很棒沒有這樣做)
然後小小孩打疫苗,喬好打針姿勢後,醫師護理師會和小孩說「爸爸/媽媽保護你」這句話很細心。

*櫃檯護理人員說話口氣態度不佳,還在櫃台互相撥頭髮、聊天,對病人提問顯不耐煩!
* 藥師叫了名字給藥,也沒提醒是飯前吃藥…等,還要我主動問。
護理人員和藥師素質有待加強
