1.關於蛋餅
試過幾次蛋餅後,
發現負責煎台的阿姨從來不加熱蛋餅皮,
製作蛋餅的程序:煎蛋->依點單加料->覆蓋蛋餅皮幾秒->翻面(此時蛋餅皮才接觸到煎台)->立刻捲起切塊裝盒。
這樣導致餅皮沒有被充分加熱,口感會濕濕軟軟的,我點過3次都是這樣,有點像吃生的餅皮。
2.關於鐵板麵
這家的鐵板麵我一開覺得不錯,不油膩,
但幾次觀察製作方式,越想越不對勁。
製作鐵板麵的程序:把麵條放入旁邊的熱水->等待水滾燙熱->有時候會把鐵板醬包含塑膠袋整袋放入熱水燙一下,有時候不會->把麵條撈出來放在鐵板上,加一點旁邊煮麵水(就是燙過塑膠袋的水)->把鐵板醬倒在麵條上,稍微混合,大約10秒,幾乎沒有炒->
這種製作方式吃起來有時候會偏水,而且真的不衛生,我一樣點過3次,有點失望了。

The procedure of making teppanyaki: put the noodles in the hot water next to it -> wait for the water to be hot -> sometimes the whole bag of the teppanyaki sauce including the plastic bag is put into hot water and blanched, sometimes not -> the noodles Take it out and place it on the iron plate, add a little bit of boiling water next to it (the water that has been blanched in the plastic bag) -> Pour the iron plate sauce on the noodles, mix slightly, about 10 seconds, almost no fry ->
This method of preparation sometimes tastes watery, and it is really unhygienic. I have ordered it 3 times, and I am a little disappointed.
