藥局回覆:感到抱歉,可是這抗生素是溫和的,吃錯也沒關係。
當時與藥師申訴時，還再回答旁邊客人的問題及收錢，給錯藥是多嚴重的事情!!!!是可以檢舉提出告訴的!病人因為疾病身心俱疲，接受治療卻發現自己吃錯藥⋯我看不到藥師的專業以及積極處理的態度，雖然抗生素不是什麼嚴重的藥，但是如果其他人也有相同狀況而導致性命上的危害呢?是一句道歉可以解決的嗎?
如今我只在評論上提出，希望你們可以重視此問題的嚴重性，加已改善!
