但回診，等看診比較久一點，生意太好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 李醫師相當親切有耐心，對疾病診斷也很迅速，可以跟醫生討論或提出疑問。藥師解釋也很清楚，病患很多，要有等待的心理準備。

結果乖乖在指定時間報到，等了一個小時還在等，
醫生上樓了，後來連櫃台小姐都上樓了，
我都懷疑我還坐在樓下做甚麼？
還是我乾脆自己上樓找醫生？
不，正確來說，
我要買個醫美才有資格上樓，
才能讓醫生準時自己走上樓來看我？
如果有更好的賺錢工具，就不要勉強開診看病，好好去賺醫美錢就好，
別人的時間也是時間，不是只有醫生的時間才寶貴。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完全不推薦，電話預約，櫃檯說七點，結果七點醫生竟然跑去吃飯。不是說不能去吃飯，不過難道不能就和我約七點半或更晚嗎？結果坐到椅子上乾等許久，等了快一小時還沒看到。
真是後悔自己沒有滑評論先來看，下次不會再來看診了。醫生很愛閒聊，時間掌控不佳。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超傻眼，電話預約了十二點看診，但服務人員在電話裡卻跟我強調「只是確定你能看診而已喔，只是有門票，但不保證哪時候能看到醫生」，我就覺得頗詭異的了，請問一下社會上任何的服務或是私人約會，有預約了準確的時段，卻說我不一定會有空的嗎？(那請問你問我想預約哪個準確時段幹嘛^^)。
我於十二點三分進診所，越等越久，十分鐘過去，三十分鐘過去。看到藥師在忙分藥，看到醫美客人不斷往樓上走，彷彿無視我的存在，也沒有人會過來說「麻煩您稍等一下喔，醫生等等就來了」。超奇怪，只有我們四位看門診的健保病人傻傻坐在一樓看著電視。
我開始滑著谷歌評論，果不其然，最低分全都是在罵「明明預約了還是要等超久」。好可憐，還看到有人留言等了2.5小時。
避免我成為等一個人咖啡男主角，我在等了45分鐘後，問櫃台的藥師說：「我跟你們預約12點，現在已經12:45，醫生連下來一樓看任何一個病人都沒有。冒昧請問，我幾點能看到醫生？」藥師回答得很隱晦和不肯定，最後問我「你要退掛號嗎？」。當然囉，當然退掛號，退起來。
我沒有要對藥師動怒的意思，因為我知道整家店的負責人是醫師非藥師，藥師僅是員工，而該診所的醫師老闆才是最應該根據這些指教做改進的人。
最後我前往不到三百公尺遠的「卓XX皮膚專科診所」，那裡的掛號流程迅速，從掛號到看診到最後領藥，程序很順暢也感受到滿滿的被尊重。
重點是「我在一般人可忍受的等待時間內，可以看到醫生」，請問這是很刁民的奧客要求嗎？我不知道，總之這真是最開心也是最基本的事情。
印象中去年同月份前往貴診所時，貴診所的谷歌評分數沒那麼低(目前是4.2)，建議您們盡快改善這樣的問題。如果跌破4顆星，進到3點多俱樂部，再加上低分大都是這樣的狀況，你們診所跟其他診所會少很多競爭力。
尊重人的時間，我相信診所決策者不會不懂。
如果您不苟同我的想法，覺得我的45分鐘不寶貴，那麼我想提醒您，若您去吃任何餐廳看任何電影，遭遇我一樣的處境(在預約後的45分鐘沒有被任何人員主動提供任何服務或關心)，屆時您不能森77喔！
基本人情世故要顧，否則小心得不償失！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the doctor on 1st September that was yesterday in evening for the acne problem which was drastically popping on my face. I cant tell how happy and satisfied i feel after seeing the doctor not because that its gave me any magical effect because honestly there is nothing like one night magic. But after i meet him and i felt so assured that yes he is the pefect doctor who is so professional that i can just stop thinking and leave everything on him. I am going through the acne treatment and today is the 2nd day but honestly i can feel that the medication he has subscribed for me is working quite well. I cant wait to get the whole process done. Eager to get my clean and clear skin back. Thank you doctor ❤️❤️❤️
