外皮是千層酥，跟弄餅家千層很像，裡面的蔥量對於討厭蔥的我來說還可以?
但友人說蔥味不夠只有外皮酥?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很推他的蔥餅，雖然有一點點油（不會太過），但真的咬下去口感很酥脆，讓人很印象深刻，層次感搭配配料的香，算特別加分。
其他品項（蛋餅、蘿蔔糕）就是普通好吃，沒有特別印象深刻，豆漿有柴燒味還不錯，但來還是主推蔥餅，尤其是赤肉蔥餅。
He really recommends his green onion pancakes. Although there is a little oil (not too much), they are really crispy and impressive after biting. The layering and the fragrance of the ingredients are a special bonus.
Other items (egg pie, carrot cake) are ordinary and delicious, not particularly impressive. The soy milk has a good wood burning taste, but the main recommendation is the green onion biscuit, especially the red meat green onion biscuit.

The crispy baked green onion pancake is delicious. I bought it on the same day, it should be fresh out of the oven. It is hot, crispy on the outside and fragrant on the inside. The cp is high at 20$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位在石牌捷運站1號出口旁，買了蔥餅試吃看看，一個20元，的確不辜負「酥」烤，表皮真的很酥，味道也中規中距，還不錯。
Located next to Exit 1 of Shipai MRT Station, I bought spring onion pancakes and tried it. It was 20 yuan each. It did live up to the "crispy" roast. The skin was really crispy, and the taste was pretty good.

Small shop next to the MRT station. Come smell. The scallion pancake is thin and crispy, and the green onions are moist and moist in one bite. Not greasy at all. Great recommendation.
