★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good traditional taiwan style beef noodle (perfection to the beef, tenderloin, noodles & soup) deducted one star for the super pricy of everything on the menu. Also the plicker could used a better improvement for that kind of prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best authentic beef noodle soup we've ever had. Broth is flavourful but not heavy, it's not too salty which I love as it doesn't cover the true flavour of the beef broth. My boyfriend and I ate here a few years ago and we still reminisce how good it is and haven't been able find anything similar where we live. Visiting Taipei again in a couple of weeks and I will definitely be coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great noodles right by Shipai subway station. It would be better with less bones but it's a pretty generous portion of beef even if the prices are a bit higher than some of the other shops in the area. The pieces of meat and carrot are a bit too big to pick up with chopsticks so I kept dropping it back in the soup and splashing myself. Worth a try if you're hungry and can't wait to eat when leaving the subway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beef noodle is good, we discovered this place because our taxi drop us of right next to it and decided to give it a try. The taste is better than expected. For those who don’t like oily food, then you can skip as their broth are quite oily but I like it!
