★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 護士沒有同理心，就因為急性腰痛，趴在病床上，我腰上磁力貼我無法轉身拔掉，它要我從病床爬起來，自行拔掉。天啊，我費了九牛二虎之力才趴在病床上準備冰敷及針灸，你要我從病床上起來拔磁力貼，還好最後醫生說不用，不然再次折騰可能也只剩半條命了。請對病人有同理心好嗎？謝謝。

櫃台態度也差到不行 還很大聲並且口氣很差叫我媽要戴口罩 不能拿下來休息一下?或是好好說也可以，用大聲的有比較威嗎?
再來，掛完號不告知病人須要等多久就把病人晾在外面等了快一個小時，進去問醫生，醫生還直接回嗆不爽去退掛?????花錢受氣的= =
絕對不會說是哪個女醫師...
以上，個人經驗跟評論，也無指名道姓，但是的確是真實發生的事情。
