★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely hearty and satisfying bowl of soup. Homemade and hand cut noodles cooked perfectly al dente. Beef are cut just the right size while retaining the beefy flavor and right tenderness. The hot oil here is pretty good as it imparts a smoky flavor to whatever you put on it. The beef stock is pretty good, flavorful yet not gamey. Would recommend to give this place a visit when in Beitou.
