士林北投一帶的台灣大哥大直營門市我差不多都去過,天母西路、明德路、芝山這幾家態度非常不好(三四年前的經驗),也讓我轉換到別家的電信服務。這次幫家人到台灣大哥大北投央北門市辦理事情,很幸運是遇到店長,這間店才剛開幕三個月左右,內部很整齊,小小一間店,店長非常非常友善跟專業,諮詢不同方案後,店長還會針對過往的使用狀況提供資費方案建議,完全就是為客人著想。 我曾經遇過一些台灣大哥大跟其他電信門市的店員都是一副「你想要什麼資費就辦那個啊」的那種不耐煩的態度,想要多了解資費內容還會被嫌煩,很明顯想要客人自己找線上客服。所以遇到這位店長這樣熱心主動為客人找資費、推薦資費,我真的非常感謝也很感動。畢竟做服務業很不容易,電信業也是錢少事多老闆苛刻,但這位店長能保持熱忱,真的非常難得。 希望住在北投地區甚至士林或淡水地區的人都可以多多來給店長捧場,讓店長的業績蒸蒸日上,這邊照片也附上店長的名片給大家參考。 對了,店長也可以提供Disney+的資費方案,還有家用寬頻跟第四台的方案,同樣是凱擘的第四台和上網服務,建議可以來這間門市諮詢,效率跟服務品質會比去北投路的凱擘總公司好非常多。手機門號跟第四台還有寬頻網路能一起辦好也挺方便的。 再次謝謝店長的幫忙,讓我有很好的消費經驗。台灣大哥大應該要好好嘉獎這位店長才對!!
