我都不知道我想開個戶拿個存摺那麼困難??說現在都用網銀app看明細沒有實體存摺所以沒辦法給,要給還要問原因? 那我以後死了家人不知道我手機帳密網銀帳密要怎樣做提領?? 我就是想拿本存摺不行??

如果有0顆星的,我一定選。 不知道在搞甚麼,兒子22歲自己去開戶,戶籍也是北投,證件什麼的都準備好了,還問了一堆莫名其妙問題,想辦法拒絕。我知道現在比較謹慎,怕人頭戶、詐騙、洗錢什麼的,可是把人當賊真的是讓人非常不爽。其他銀行也會問例行性問題,但是不會那麼久,開戶開了2小時,浪費人家時間,比他晚進去的3個人都開好了,實在太爛太爛了。到底開個戶存個錢是有那麼難嗎?是需要什麼冠冕堂皇的理由?真是對貴行太失望,我還是優質顧客及信用卡使用者。如果以後有人問我,我一定告訴他哪一家都好,絕對不要開國泰世華!

效率真的極差。門口人員態度普通,我要問網銀,然後給我服務台諮詢的號碼,結果根本就等好久都沒動靜,一般櫃一直進行叫號。等到都關門了,終於到我了,結果還不是去一般櫃位處理。等待的時候,還聽到一個男的很生氣說不等了,就走人了。看了評論說效率很差,果然是真的。
