不知道在搞甚麼，兒子22歲自己去開戶，戶籍也是北投，證件什麼的都準備好了，還問了一堆莫名其妙問題，想辦法拒絕。我知道現在比較謹慎，怕人頭戶、詐騙、洗錢什麼的，可是把人當賊真的是讓人非常不爽。其他銀行也會問例行性問題，但是不會那麼久，開戶開了2小時，浪費人家時間，比他晚進去的3個人都開好了，實在太爛太爛了。到底開個戶存個錢是有那麼難嗎？是需要什麼冠冕堂皇的理由？真是對貴行太失望，我還是優質顧客及信用卡使用者。如果以後有人問我，我一定告訴他哪一家都好，絕對不要開國泰世華！

The three people who entered later than him all opened it, which is really bad and bad. Is it so difficult to open an account and save money? Is it necessary for a high-sounding reason? I am so disappointed with your bank, I am still a premium customer and credit card user. If someone asks me in the future, I will tell him which one is good, and definitely don't start Thai Shihua!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率真的極差。門口人員態度普通，我要問網銀，然後給我服務台諮詢的號碼，結果根本就等好久都沒動靜，一般櫃一直進行叫號。等到都關門了，終於到我了，結果還不是去一般櫃位處理。等待的時候，還聽到一個男的很生氣說不等了，就走人了。看了評論說效率很差，果然是真的。
