The fried food in Beitou is very delicious. The oil is clean. After frying, the food will not taste oily at all. The seasoning of salted chicken and squid will not be too heavy, especially dried tofu, sweet and spicy, carrot cake, Green beans and Huazhiwan are all must-orders. We have eaten them for many years without getting tired. After moving to Danshui, we still deliberately drove back to Beitou to buy them, haha!
