★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有水準的食材，在餐具上及公共醬料去都很用心規劃，乾淨清潔。湯頭多樣，招牌是石頭火鍋湯頭。自助部分有飲料（冬瓜茶、國寶茶）及冰淇淋（香草、草莓）。火鍋價位落在新台幣150-170元之間，性價比(CP值)高。無一成服務費。讓人想一再回訪。
 Quality ingredients are carefully planned and clean on tableware and public sauces. There are various soup heads, and the signature is stone hotpot soup head. The buffet section has drinks (winter melon tea, national treasure tea) and ice cream (vanilla, strawberry). The price of hot pot is between NT $ 150-170, and the cost performance (CP value) is high. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.12.12 內用10多人吧，幾乎每個都在等，桌上都空的，我也不例外。現場也沒多少單，等了半小時才上桌。看著店員肉量搞錯.湯頭搞錯，重複一直看，跟無頭蒼蠅一樣到處跑...管理實在要加強...。
唯一值得給予掌聲的是坐櫃台，年約12歲不到的弟弟。算錢，找錢，給熊貓餐都流暢無誤。

兩年沒來了 一來卻變成了火鍋店
雖然昔日牡羊一加一的菜單還在 鬆餅味道沒有變 依舊好吃 但這麼大的轉變令我非常錯愕
希望以前的純鬆餅咖啡廳牡羊一加一能夠在另闢出處
鬆餅真的很好吃

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小火鍋店，是在位子上煮的，一開始需要等一段不短的時間到湯滾，料的話還算豐富，不過火鍋料偏多，蔬菜大概只有一半，整體來說分量稍微少了點。感覺蠻注重店內衛生，沙茶醬等醬料是直接弄好，不讓客人自己動手。需要續飯也請客人拿新的碗，不要重複用吃過的碗。有提供素食鍋。
