 Stir-fried pork liver is better than famous Taiwanese restaurants. It has a fresh and thick taste and is slightly crispy. It is also a must.

今天叫了四道菜，絲瓜蛤蜊清脆好吃，煎豬肝厚切，香嫩可口，地瓜葉火侯也恰到好處。乾煎黑喉好大隻，肉質鮮嫩，只是結帳時有點傻眼（$1480，ㄧ兩$85），下次不敢叫秤重的魚了。
Wu Nian really loves it!
I ordered four dishes today, the loofah clams were crisp and delicious, the fried pork liver was thickly cut, tender and delicious, and the sweet potato leaves were just right. The dry fried black throat is very big, and the meat is fresh and tender, but I was a little dumbfounded at the checkout ($1480, ㄧ$85 for two), next time I won't dare to order a weighed fish.
