★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午2點才跟店家確認4點要送小朋友的生日蛋糕到安親班跟同學分享。店家回覆確認沒問題，結果到了下午4個點半還沒送到，打電話確認說忘記了抱歉，小朋友下課後滿心期待的點心就這樣被你們一句簡單的忘記對不起給帶過。
這種店家這種管理跟它的評價4顆星有相符？我打電話確認是打好玩的嗎？請問妳對客戶是什麼心態？請問妳彌補了什麼過失？一貫的道歉方式另人看了就厭煩。
It was only at 2 o'clock this afternoon that I confirmed with the store that at 4 o'clock, the children's birthday cake will be sent to the safety class to share with the classmates. The store replied that there was no problem, but it was not delivered by 4:30 in the afternoon. I called to confirm that I forgot and apologized. The dim sum that the children were looking forward to after class was brought to you by simply forgetting and sorry.
Does this kind of store management match its 4 stars? Did I call to make sure it was fun? How do you feel about your customers? What mistakes did you make up for? The usual way of apologizing is annoying to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北投在地的一家麵包店，從來沒到這家店光顧，今天剛好路過，所以進來看看。這是第一次光顧。
付錢時，被一位年紀較大的女店員( 還是女老闆？)通知沒有塑膠帶，不知這是不是常規。
買完後回家吃了一下，覺得還好，沒有像別的評價講的有多優，本人覺得ok 而已。
倒是服務態度可再加强。
A bakery in Beitou, I've never visited this shop. I just passed by today, so I came in and have a look. This is my first visit.
When paying, I was informed by an older female clerk (or a female boss?) that there was no plastic strap. I wonder if this is the norm.
After I bought it, I went home and ate it. I thought it was okay. I didn't think it was as good as other reviews said. I just thought it was ok.
But the service attitude can be further strengthened.
