重口味的湖南菜餐廳，老闆會隨桌點菜，不會點菜的人可以放心。
紅燒魚跟白斬雞是招牌菜。紅燒魚因為是活魚料理，每盤大小價位不一。就兩三次的用餐經驗下來，魚的份量很大，如果4人用餐，點餐前最好問一下老闆魚的大小跟價位比較安全，才不怕吃不完。
此次用餐沒點魚跟雞料理，只嘗試一般的熱炒菜單，口味也是不錯（重口味），CP值不錯，每道菜約200上下。很推薦豬肝，吃起來居然像雞肉，值得一試。

For the heavy-tasting Hunan restaurant, the owner will order at the table, and those who can’t order can rest assured.
Braised fish and white chicken are signature dishes. Because braised fish is a live fish dish, the price and size of each plate varies. After two or three dining experiences, the portion of the fish is very large. If there are 4 people dining, it is best to ask the boss about the size and price of the fish before ordering, so that it is safer to eat.
I didn't order fish and chicken dishes for this meal. I only tried the general hot stir-fry menu. The taste is also good (heavy taste), the CP value is good, and each dish is about 200 or so. Pork liver is very recommended, it tastes like chicken, it is worth a try.

Except for the signature fish dishes (it is recommended not to order too many eggs), everything else is delicious XD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天點了幾道菜叫了紅燒豆瓣鯉魚、蚵仔酥、招牌水晶雞、苦瓜鹹蛋，水晶雞冰冰涼涼的 咬起來不會太韌或太軟 還算好吃
蚵仔酥 外酥內軟 熱熱的還不錯吃 一下子就吃完了 但蚵仔沒有那麼鮮甜 唯一可惜之處
苦瓜鹹蛋 苦瓜脆 鹹蛋算是點綴 吃起來還可以 可惜鹹蛋不夠鹹 味道不夠 差了那麼一點
招牌豆瓣鯉魚 豆瓣魚魚肉嫩 卵很軟且無腥味 整體吃起來不會太鹹太辣 只是覺得刺太多了 光挑刺就花很多時間 無法大口咬魚肉 一口吞下 的好爽感
I ordered a few dishes today, called Braised Douban Carp, Oyster Crisp, Signature Crystal Chicken, Bitter Gourd and Salted Egg. The Crystal Chicken is cold and not too tough or soft to bite. It's still delicious.
The oyster crispy is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s good to eat when it’s hot, but the oysters are not so sweet. The only pity
Bitter Gourd Salted Egg Bitter Gourd Crispy Salted Egg is a garnish. It tastes alright. Unfortunately, the salted egg is not salty enough and the taste is not enough. It's a little worse.
The signature watercress carp The watercress fish is tender, the eggs are very soft and has no fishy smell. The overall taste is not too salty or spicy, but I feel that there are too many thorns. It takes a lot of time to pick the thorns. I can't bite the fish and swallow it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keeps suggesting other plates. Service is mediocre. However, questionable plate sizes. Ordered small plates but they insisted that it was "large" based on the amount of people we had when we paid. The amount of food however was quite limited. Not suitable for folks with larger appetites.
