R	RUBY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在北投市場旁邊，跟國稅局同層樓場地很大，也很溫馨都是粉紅泡泡~可以來結婚樓下、樓上門口都有義工幫忙櫃檯很多，不會等太久小姐服務親切費用不收現金，記得帶悠遊卡辦完證件還有漂亮的大信封可以裝唯一缺點就是太悶熱了待太久會受不了還有，因為辦理都要簽名用到筆希望每個櫃檯旁邊都要有酒精可以使用不然就要自己帶，先消毒比較安全 Next to Beitou Market, on the same floor as the IRS The venue is big and cosy It's all pink bubbles~ you can come and get married There are volunteers at the door downstairs and upstairs to help There are a lot of counters, so you won't have to wait too long Friendly lady service No cash is accepted, remember to bring your EasyCard After the documents are done, there is a beautiful large envelope to hold.
