清蒸肉圓清爽好吃,外皮Q彈內餡調味OK。扁食湯不愧是這家的招牌,雖然是小扁食,但餛飩皮不會煮到過爛,且皮跟肉的比例控制得不錯,不會有內餡太少的感覺。雖然處於傳統市場中,但仔細觀察可見店家對衛生清潔很注重,攤位乾淨,餐具全部用陶器及不鏽鋼且清潔度佳。
