滷肉飯很好吃,裡面不是用絞肉而是看得到肉塊,是偏肥肉的,整體是鹹香不會太甜,配上酸菜很搭,滷豆腐油豆腐都很好吃,味增湯是傳統台式味增湯,味道很傳統,紅燒肉可以選肥瘦,很不錯,個人覺得比隔壁家某名店滷肉飯好吃很多,但缺點覺得有點偏貴,滷肉飯有些些小碗,覺得最貴是紅燒肉,但整體很推薦來吃的滷肉飯

早上忙一段落後,就抓空檔跑了趟北投,原本是想再試試看矮子財的味道,但一進市場看到那排隊人龍就直接放棄了,直接轉向黃家酸菜滷肉飯,不過本來不是很愛這間,但今天吃了真的反而改觀了,難怪有個說法,在地人才吃這間啊。 酸菜滷肉飯,滷肉跟酸菜其實是分開的,白飯上先放上煨過的酸菜後才淋上滷肉與汁,而肉是小五花肉片狀,顏色較淺的滷汁當然味道也比較淡,口味雖沒那麼重,不過還是有一點點黏嘴感,剛好運氣很好的點到最後兩顆半熟荷包蛋,淋上點店家自製的醬油辣椒,一口辣椒一口蛋香滷肉飯,而酸菜搭滷肉多了分酸香很解膩也涮嘴,三者搭一起真的非常的速配,不過可惜今天滷汁給得有點少,下次應該請店家再多給一點。 三層肉湯與豬腸湯,湯料吃起來軟嫩無異味,煮的軟嫩的豬腸與三層都吃的到Q度,沾點店家自製的辣椒醬油簡單好吃。滷豆腐就像是輕輕在滷汁中過水的感覺,外頭有點滷汁但內裡是純白色的屬於清淡口味,但這豆腐品質不錯豆香濃郁軟嫩好吃,不愛吃豆腐的我也吃了一口。豬皮也是不錯吃,這間的是帶嚼勁但可咬斷的嚼勁,吃得出前置處理非常到位。 在吃的同時發現一堆人都點了苦瓜湯,愛吃苦瓜的我當然不會放過,沒想到苦瓜湯是今天最讓人驚豔的,湯中只有苦瓜跟小魚乾這兩味,但湯頭喝起來卻有層次,苦瓜煮得柔軟入味,微微的苦中入口確有回甘的感覺,重點是這樣甘甜厚實的湯頭一大碗才賣二十元,真的非常的超值。 感謝大神大大抓空檔一塊到北投,吃飽準備下午的會議囉。 黃家酸菜滷肉飯 台北市北投區新市街30號500號攤位 #Brunch #TaiwaneseFoods #TW #台北市 #北投區 #北投市場 #黑白切 #黃家酸菜滷肉飯

在北投市場的二樓500號攤位,這一次的餐點共290:滷肉飯(大)、滷肉飯(小)、紅燒肉(大)、大腸頭、豆腐、滷蛋*2、赤肉湯、味增湯。 滷肉飯的酸菜和滷汁味道不錯有一一定的水準,但不大碗,男生可能要吃兩碗。 紅燒肉好吃,可惜沒有回炸一下,所以表面不脆。 大腸頭、豆腐是家常口味,記得加老闆自製的辣椒醬油。 滷蛋有滷到入味,好吃。 赤肉湯的肉不錯,但湯很清淡,肉也可以沾老闆自製的辣椒醬油,味增湯比赤肉湯好喝一點。 總體來說還不錯,有到附近會再去吃吃。

從小跟著家人吃到大, 特別喜歡他們家的滷鴨蛋❤️ 超好吃,Q彈夠味? 滷豆腐也是必點! 豬血湯大約4-5塊長條塊(而且不小塊) 好喝沒有腥味! 滷肉飯添加了酸菜吃起來均衡了油膩感, 如果敢吃辣可以➕老闆的辣椒醬油, 超搭配去油膩, 我都淋超多? 紅燒三層肉可以選擇肉還是三層, 當然不怕吃一點肥肥的部分, 介意點三層喔~~~

Hakka style braised pork rice is surprisingly refreshing. The stewed tofu is also a must-try. The staff is friendly and the best part is: there’s no waiting line!

The food overall is good. But had a bad experience waiting in line. The take out ordering line is constantly being cut in by people who are eating in.(Mostly by elderlies and locals) I have to wait up to 5 mins. Very disorganized orderly fashion. Maybe I'm not aggressive enough or too polite?! Mind u they are more than 3 people working there.

On the second floor of Beitou traditional market building, the environment Might be scary for some, but for local grew up like myself, it's the norm but surely there are alot room for improvement. Their braised pork mince rice was delicious, you could actually see the meat and taste the porky goodness, Taiwanese kimchi just added another dimension to the dish.
