避開超誇張人滿為患的青菜園,往前來到野菜屋,真的是後園子自栽野菜,今天是我人生第一次吃夜來香?。寒流天來上一鍋九尾雞湯,很甘甜。

在山上吃炒青菜的感覺就是有產地直出的感覺,新鮮、多汁、口感好,這裡消費平實,性價比不錯,老闆的手藝好。炸芋頭酥是必點,其他就看喜歡什麼吃什麼。 料理類,如果喜歡清淡不加比較重的調味(重相對口味也比較香)可以跟老闆說。 從野菜屋往中正山產業道路健走,一路風景不錯,吸吸氧氣也很好喔!

今天來到竹子湖附近,跟著朋友來到這個野菜屋,點了好幾個特別的青菜,記得有一個叫夜來香、還有鹿角萵苣,都是第一次吃這種菜,還有糯米椒炒小魚乾、糯米椒炒山豬肉、九層塔煎蛋、白斬雞,還點了他的芋頭酥,雖然不是很精緻,但是能吃到這麼多新鮮的野菜也感覺很好。

就想問老闆怎麼白斬雞可以煮的這麼老 皮這麼皺。。。沾香菇的粉附的是味精 參雜了微乎其微的胡椒?跟店員要胡椒 他說沒有了 那沒有了也不能給味精啊。。超傻眼 接著跟一個阿姨店員說要打包 叫我自己跟另一個店員說。。跟他說了打包 不知道沒聽到還怎麼樣 完全沒動靜。。唯一慶幸的是豆鼓蚵仔是好吃的 野菜還行 但對我而言 土雞煮成這樣。就是大雷店!!!

Great variety of wild vegetables.. the steamed white chicken is a must order. The fried wild boar meat with local pepper is signature.. worth it!
