★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員態度不佳應答能力有問題，所謂會員制度根本就是屁，店家自行更改結帳方式也未必會像有規模的文具店發送訊息告知會員，對於臨時更改的政策。
當顧客向店家做反應的時候小姐店員仍然堅持自己一直說個不停，甚至認為是顧客的問題，第一次消費感受到的就是我還要來拜託商家！
The clerk’s poor attitude and ability to respond are problematic. The so-called membership system is basically a fart. If the store changes the checkout method by itself, it may not be like a large-scale stationery store that sends a message to inform members about the temporary change of the policy.
When the customer responded to the store, the lady clerk still insisted that she kept talking, and even thought it was the customer's problem. The first time I made a purchase, I felt that I had to come to the store!
