約定好時間要來家中評估是否適合入住
約定好時間卻沒來，打電話過去問說怎麼沒有來評估
電話另一頭一問三不知也就算了，二次約時間也沒來
完全沒有時間觀念，行政人員態度又差!
說什麼可能忘了 會在約?然後就沒下文了??
什麼叫做會再約?
管理、服務、態度很明顯缺失一大堆!
The elders in the family had a stroke and asked if they could stay.
Arrange a good time to come to your home to assess whether it is suitable for accommodation
Appointed a good time but did not come, call and ask why it has not been evaluated
If you don’t know the question on the other end of the phone, you don’t know.
There is no concept of time at all, and the attitude of administrative staff is poor!
I might forget what I said, I will be there?
What does it mean to meet again?
Management, service and attitude are obviously missing a lot!
