★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我常常去明陽來村,但是昨5/10卻發生了一次非常不好的購物經驗,我po文主要是希望提醒每一個人,在購買物品時若是發現金額與自己預想的差異很大,或者是店員的服務態度非常的惡劣,千萬不要沉默以對。

我到石牌店裡購買三樣我平常會買的醫療用品:尿袋,塑膠杯,口水管,我知道200元足以支付。
但結帳男店員卻告訴我350元。
〃嗯?怎麼這麼貴?〃
一旁的女店員連看都沒看就說〃漲價了。〃
我說我之前買才一百多,但女店員仍只回答〃漲價了。〃
我決定不要買(去杏一)。女店員這才起身至男店員的收銀機重刷一次尿袋,剩餘兩樣用品則留給男店員繼續刷條碼。
一陣子後我開口問多少錢?
男店員冷冷說:175
我將200元放在櫃台,如同任何一個消費者的做法。
男店員拿了錢一句話也沒說。
我問:為什麼你一句道歉也沒有?
男店員說:因為你錢用丟的!
我非常的訝異,因為男店員對於原先的350元不僅沒有任何解釋和道歉,我還被他栽贓了。為了證明我沒有把錢用丟的,我要求看錄影帶,他冷冷地說要我隔天再去。並且在我話未說完時便自行轉身離開櫃台。
後來的對話一樣令人生氣,他甚至還冷笑。當我被他惡劣的態度覺得忍耐是一種愚蠢後,我說我還是把這一切po上網好了。男店員立刻說為什麼要PO上網?並開始不斷機械式的鞠躬對不起。
我說我不要他的對不起
他反問我,〃那你想要怎樣!!〃
我不是刁民,也不是惡婦,更不願意是男店員眼裡的愚婦。所以我要po文為所有的消費者爭取〃尊重〃。
為了證明我不是一個無理取鬧的人,我請店員幫我安排與店長見面。也希望店長在今天見面前先看監視器錄影帶,我也詢問店長這兩位同仁是如何跟他說明昨天發生的事。果然不出所料。
聽完店長的敘述後,我決定維持將這件事po出來,因為我不僅希望事情不被輕描淡寫帶過,我更希望所有的消費者都能夠看緊自己的荷包,然後當別人不尊重你的時候,不要沉默以對。
謝謝店長今天耐心地聽我把昨天的過程詳細地描述了一次,我差一點莫名其妙多付了一倍的錢,也莫名其妙被栽贓,所以我在乎她在錄影帶還沒有被洗掉之前確認我是否胡說八道,〃有錯的人是不會要求看錄影帶的。〃
另外,明陽來村的發票上面完全沒有品項明細,只有總金額,若是發生像我昨天一樣明明只有175元卻被要求付350元,付款後如何為自己找回公道?會不會很困難?
明陽來村是一間服務良好,價格比其他店家更有競爭力的醫療器材用品店,同仁的服務態度好壞我點滴於心,再麻煩店長及老闆費心。
