 Personally, I think the department store hardware is quite complete. I bought rust-removing lubricating spray and needle oil; stationery is not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員自顧的在底下室補貨，一樓櫃台結帳區等了很久店家竟然都沒有發現，直至我們下去叫結帳才有人上來？結帳區應有人留守不是最基本的嗎？
The clerk restocked in the bottom room on their own, and after waiting for a long time at the checkout area at the first floor counter, the store didn't find it, and no one came up until we went down and called for the checkout? Isn't it basic that someone should stay in the checkout area?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東西很多也很雜，如果有不容易找到的小東西或小配件，而且時間充足又酷愛尋寶的樂趣，很適合來這裡殺時間。不過這裡不是百貨公司也不是知名的連鎖企業，不要奢望有很優質的服務喔，哈哈。
There are many and complex things. If there are small things or accessories that are not easy to find, and you have enough time and love the fun of treasure hunting, it is very suitable to come here to kill time. However, this is not a department store or a well-known chain company, so don't expect high-quality service, haha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service (or the lack of it) of this store leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I went there, the cashier's attitude was as though I owed her money. Whenever I asked her about something, she didn't feel like answering at all so I have stopped coming here.
