之前停車繳費機跟門擋都會壞掉
壞了就有機會不收費
靠住宅的那側下雨積水會積水
晚上視線不佳就採進水裡了 可以游泳
連續停超過三天會有小驚喜
最近有小孩站在路中間，按個喇叭爸爸從旁邊車裡面彈出來罵髒話

月租，大概1-2週被擋一次，障礙處理流程反覆。
通常只為了自己方便，別人因系統問題多時間電話費多次追蹤處理，客戶墊錢都沒關係，晚一天繳月費當然不行，依臨停收+多付處理費。
有看過桿子被撞壞，一開始覺得怎麼這麼扯，後來被卡住久了，發現這個說不定是被氣壞的人作的 ?

或者說格子已經跟車道合而為一了，
只，是，你，看，不，見。
Irant專用車位跟殘障專用車位都只是參考，
最近還多了格上車共享一起占一般車位。
沒有刷卡服務，
沒有悠遊卡服務，
沒有雲端發票服務，
紙鈔只收100元的，
距離最近的便利商店150公尺。
夜間昏暗燈光不良，
遇到轉角停了箱型車，
就多倒幾次才出的來，
還有貨車整車載滿垃圾停整夜，
搞得好像停在垃圾場。
周邊樹木不比公園少，
鳥類便便生態有夠好，
想洗車的愛車人士千萬別錯過。
啊，對了，
最近要漲價了，
不曉得服務會不會變好 ：)
