南洋咖哩湯頭的確很濃郁飽滿

已經很給面子結帳時再偷偷反應、雖然妳的回覆說外面有消毒蟑螂跑進來沒辦法，但是消費者整體用餐感受度已經破壞殆盡。
那開放的醬料區地上還有一隻大蟑螂你們知道嗎？
大家默默沒講話但看在眼裡，
就把另一隻蟑螂踢到外面。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在737巷子裡，意外的店裡很多人，所以選擇外帶。等了20分鐘左右才拿到，大概是只有兩位年長店員。麵普但肉滿多塊的，算平價了～

第一次來點了南洋咖哩牛肉拉麵
上桌看到滿滿的一大碗有點嚇到
拉麵硬度中等吃起來滑順
咖哩湯比較偏沙嗲的味道
味道濃郁卻不會鹹
大塊牛肉選用半筋半肉的部位
滷得入味筋肉Q彈瀝乾加入麵中
有別於一般拉麵濃厚鹹的作法
林掌櫃在麵湯料三者搭配恰到好處
喝得到 咖哩湯頭濃厚的香氣
吃得到 拉麵+滷牛肉的豐富口感

Strong taste but not salty

Different from the thick and salty way of ordinary ramen
Manager Lin's combination of noodles and soup ingredients is just right
