★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/5/14 今天出門健行去！健行的路線起自東湖捷運站，經內溝溪生態步道到內溝溪生態館，登明舉山再走回東湖捷運站便完成了今天的健行活動。
 2021/5/14, go hiking today! The hiking route starts from the East Lake MRT Station, goes through the Neigouxi Ecological Trail to the Neigouxi Ecological Museum, climbs the Mingju Mountain and then walks back to the East Lake MRT Station to complete today's hiking activities.

山裡面空氣好，大家有空可以來走走。
A small trail, not long, easy to walk. Recently, some bird lovers are photographing birds.
The air in the mountain is good, so you can come and go if you have time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以跟康樂山步道一起走,路下雨天應該不好走,下雨應該可以走柏油路,聽說時間差不多。
You can walk with the Kangle Mountain Trail. The road should not be easy to walk on rainy days. It should be possible to walk on the asphalt road when it rains. I heard that the time is about the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常自然的景觀及步道，有固定在維護，部份有拉繩輔助，樹根多，算好走，下雨天前後，不建議前往!!
內溝溪生態館前有Ubike,十分方便。
Very natural landscapes and trails are fixed for maintenance, and some are assisted by pull ropes. There are many tree roots, which is good for walking. It is not recommended to go before and after rainy days!!
There is a Ubike in front of Neigouxi Ecological Museum, which is very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明舉山是我阿公邱金聲修行的地方。如在世的話，今年116歲現在靜修洞及明舉山步道是我在負責。土地所有權原來是家母邱陳金妹，但家母於去年9月12日圓寂。現在是我們六個兄弟姐妹共有。兄弟姐妹授權無償提供公共使用部份將來若有修理維護增加建設由我邱繼仁代表與相關單位會勘處理。並且授權書簽名備忘。（我有二個弟弟三個妹妹）
Mingju Mountain is where my grandfather Qiu Jinsheng practiced. If I were alive, I would be in charge of the Jingxiu Cave and the Mingju Mountain Trail at the age of 116. The land ownership originally belonged to my mother Qiu Chenjinmei, but my mother passed away on September 12 last year. It is now shared by our six siblings. Brothers and sisters authorize to provide public use part free of charge. If there is any repair, maintenance and increase in construction in the future, my representative, Qiu Jiren, and relevant units will investigate and deal with it. And the power of attorney signed memorandum. (I have two brothers and three sisters)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.明舉山親山步道位於臺北市內湖區安泰街到內溝溪生態展示館之間, 海拔高度不到一百公尺.
2.部分路段高低落差大, 需拉繩.
3.黃土、樹根路面.
4.步道約一半的位置有長座椅.
5.安泰街端設有流動廁所, 內溝溪生態展示館內有廁所, 其餘無廁所.
6.內溝溪生態展示館設有 Youbike 租借站.
1. Mingju Mountain Pro-Mountain Trail is located between Antai Street and Neigouxi Ecological Exhibition Center in Neihu District, Taipei City, with an altitude of less than 100 meters.
2. Some sections of the road have a large height difference and need to pull a rope.
3. Loess, tree root pavement.
4. There are benches about half of the trail.
5. There are mobile toilets at the end of Antai Street, toilets in Neigouxi Ecological Exhibition Hall, and no toilets in the rest.
6. There is a Youbike rental station in the Neigouxi Ecological Exhibition Hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從生態教育中心旁邊土地公廟左轉上去的路比較緩，三角點下來那側較陡下，所以其實建議反向走，過生態中心後沿馬路一直走會到三教書室，二樓右邊的黃色圍牆旁是入口，從那邊陡上約十分鐘就可以到山頂。基本上繞一個小0大概40分鐘，從樂活公園走進來再小爬一下可以當作一天的運動，只是最近下雨有些地方蠻泥濘的
The road going up from the Tuigong Temple next to the ecological education center is relatively slow, and the side that comes down from the triangle point is steeper, so it is actually recommended to go in the opposite direction. Next to the yellow wall is the entrance, from there it takes about ten minutes to reach the top of the mountain. Basically, it takes about 40 minutes to go around a small 0. Walking in from LOHAS Park and then climbing a little can be used as a day's exercise, but it has rained recently and some places are quite muddy
