前天週六去店買日立除濕機,老闆專業又詳盡的解說,且好像是老闆的母親,非常親切又和藹可親,店裡還有一隻超可愛的狗,然後價格便宜又實在,超推。

這是一個服務很差的老闆,購買後有些使用上的疑問想請教,得到的不儘是態度差 口氣也很不好,一個很差的購買體驗。我很懷疑那些前面寫服務好的評論(我也是因為誤信才上門的),這個老闆真的服務態度太差了,建議大家多多比較考慮才是上策。 (是你親口告訴我,只休周日而周一會有開店。我也是事前給你電話後才去你店取貨的,致于殺不殺價也是你現在收了錢後才這麼提出的⋯算了,我買了後去電並不是要和你吵架的,只是在第一次使用過程中遇到了問題才會去電請教你的,其實也只是擔誤你2-3分鐘而已,你自己可以查查⋯謝謝你的回覆了)

老闆非常好,下午與老闆講好晚上要去自取除濕機,老闆等我到打烊最後一刻,產品有保固而且比外面賣的便宜,下次有需要還會再來買!順帶一提,狗狗很可愛!

老闆很容易暴怒,真的!明明說歡迎我問問題,問完後我被兇了整整一分鐘,非常不舒服的體驗!-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 老闆好像還是不太清楚問題在那,消費者評估比較是天經地義的,不是嗎? 畢竟這不是買菜也不是軍購,三台十多萬用十年的冷氣,不能問也不能比較才是不應該的喔!專業真的是需要被檢驗的,知識和技術雖是專業,但態度更是專業的表現喔! 因為我很重視,所以找了許多廠商來評估(別說7家,有時間我一定找70家^^),也是真的有努力在找資料,想進行全面的評估! 您花了三十分鐘場勘,不就是為了取得生意的入門嗎?我相對也給予您三十分鐘來展示您的看法呀,若早知後果是如此,我又怎麼會自討苦吃呢? 其實我真的還是不明白,為什麼問個問題就會對我兇成這樣,更何況您在LINE上是告訴我 "若有疑問,歡迎再與您洽詢!",看來看去,我並沒有錯呀!為什麼我要白白的被兇,且至今還沒得到任何道歉呢? 您說您"直話直說,敢怒敢言!"但是我們並不熟呀,為什麼要對我怒言,然後我就必需接受呢? 因為我被陌生人兇了,心中很不舒服,所以來這邊當日記寫,也順便提醒一下其他消費者,真的別踩到老闆的雷點,特別是有打算長期托付給老闆的顧客,一旦一次發生這種情況,後續處置真的需要多多考量喔!
