★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃了第一次之後直接愛上！！ 原本一人點一塊，結果兩個人都超快就吃完，又再多點一塊??? 就這樣來吃了4 5 6 7 8次，連生日蛋糕都要訂杏糖屋的❤️❤️❤️
鮮奶油超清爽美味！！蛋糕體也很鬆軟濕潤，整體又不會太甜，試了其他幾間甜點工作室的蛋糕之後，還是最愛杏糖屋❤️
除了戚風蛋糕之外，交響節奏也超推！內用空間很舒適，飲料也讚讚的(最愛焙茶歐蕾)，很適合假日下午來放鬆?

這次買了交響節奏、青檸紅心戚風蛋糕、茗茶雪紡、70%生巧克力蛋糕，其中我最喜歡交響節奏，整體層次豐富巧克力風味濃郁。70%生巧克力蛋糕也很好吃！
我一大早去的，店內還沒什麼人，店家風格是溫潤的木質內裝，之後希望有機會內用。
價位平實，店員親切??
門口有機車停車格，汽車就不是很好停了。

餐點特色：SHIN杏糖屋 蛋糕櫃的蛋糕有別於法式甜點喜歡做灌模， 日本則是喜歡整模切片， 因為日本人個性嚴謹 ，喜歡透過切片來呈現精準的層次感。
除了甜點櫃裡的甜點看起來都非常不錯，另外也還有生巧克力禮盒 ，看起來像是巧克力粉的表面還會發光真的是很精緻！
