而且也不會太油太鹹，青菜和肉類都炒得滿家常，不錯吃。重點是湯的料也很多 (很驚訝，一般自助餐的湯料不會這麼多∼
平均一餐 $70∼85之間，很推！還可以街口支付

那就是西湖雞腿王
認識我的人都知道
吃雞肉我通常只選腿的部位
所以雞腿好不好吃非常重要
會決定我會不會回頭光顧
好的雞腿對我來說
酥炸表面要夠脆咬下去要有湯汁
滷腿皮表面要入色肉入味不能柴
完成以上後最重要的是
咬開骨頭不能有血水
這完完全全考驗廚師的火控
雞腿王的招牌和擺設比較樸實
我在工作幾年後偶然機會下才發現
物價高漲的年代這樣親民的售價和口味
稱之為雞腿之王當之無愧!!!
