簡單的裝潢 簡單的餐具 不簡單的排骨 牛二金這個店名很特別 時常經過都會不經意地看一下 由於距離我公司比較遠的關係 拖了好久才發現美味推薦給大家 走進這個充滿工業風的店 乾淨整潔沒有太多的雜物 簡單的舒適用餐環境 我平時外食不太點排骨的原因是 很多店家裹粉油炸的排骨咬下去都是粉 不只吸入過多油脂而且吃久會膩 但牛二金的排骨我只能說厲害 如同照片中油炸面與肉片間的夾層 我猜是老闆在裹粉上有下功夫 做出這麼的好吃的排骨 當然我是雞腿控 只要有雞腿必定會點來吃!!! 雞腿的部分炸得外酥內嫩外 最厲害的在於他的特調淋醬 講了這麼多好像工商 哈哈哈哈哈 不如大家親自品嘗看看吧 ^^ 這邊想給老闆一個小建議 湯可以在清淡點會更好~

公司最近吃了兩次 圖是我跟同事拆半 綜合同事們跟我吃的 韓式>蔥鹽雞>椒麻 至於排骨因為送來已經濕軟,同事不太喜歡,但說現場應該是會好吃 蔥鹽?有點偏鹹 椒麻是有香味但吃起來跟習慣的椒麻不同 覺得胡椒味有點多 配菜的部分雖然看起來微虛 兩次都出現罐頭的那種酸筍(? 還有虛弱的玉米蛋 (這同事說的) 因為都算我蠻喜歡的菜色 所以給過!
