★ ★ ★ ★ ★ （大失所望）是評語，原本對嘉儀這品牌充滿信心，一口氣購置兩台暖氣機，但是買了才充滿後悔，特別是售後與維修服務，完全跟品牌形象成反比，客服你推他，他推你，一週等一週，詢問過後等一週變等兩週，充滿誠意的詢問如果親自拿去維修站是否能省去等待的時間，客服回答，要看師傅是否有空在不在，建議我繼續等，我想問問是要等夏天再來修？

過了一年保固後 每年都故障維修
最誇張的是今年壞兩次 明明說會自動控溫 正常使用也不過連續用幾個小時 就電源故障 去維修收維修費 說是我不應該轉到*熱*轉太久 寒流來 不能轉到最強 也就罷了 不過用個連續3小時 現結果回來沒用兩周又故障 ?

連一顆星都不值得給?
