一、口味多種,有炒麵/湯麵、炒飯/燴飯、炒麵線/湯麵線、炒年糕、鹹粥等,都很有水準,主食的麵飯及配料份量都很夠,蔬菜多,再製品少,例湯也料多而不馬虎,價格平實,CP值高。合菜便當菜色常變換,味道也很好。也有各種菜品可以單點。 1.什錦炒麵/香椿炒麵/星洲炒麵/咖哩炒麵/炒烏龍麵:前四種炒麵麵條選用油麵,不會過軟,若能備有較有嚼勁的麵條以供選擇會更好。烏龍麵麵條滑溜不軟爛,還不錯。炒麵配料相同,都很豐富,有高麗菜、青江菜(或時蔬)、紅蘿蔔、蕃茄、木耳、香菇、杏鮑菇、豆皮。什錦炒麵以素蠔油、素沙茶及少許糖共炒,不油不過鹹,有淡淡的甜味。香椿炒麵則是加了香椿醬共炒,香椿味濃,入口不會有渣滓感,不油但稍過鹹,若能降低鹹度會更好。星洲炒麵則是加了黑胡椒和少許咖哩調味,味道更豐富。咖哩炒麵則以咖哩為主要的調味料,咖哩不辣不偏甜。炒烏龍麵和什錦炒麵味道相近,只差在麵條不同。 2.番茄湯麵/酸辣湯麵:配料與炒麵相同,麵條都是油麵。番茄湯麵,配料另加番茄塊,湯似乎加了番茄醬,不酸不過鹹並有微微甘甜味,味道不錯。酸辣湯麵,湯加了醋及白胡椒,有淡淡的酸麻味,很開胃。 3.什錦炒飯/香椿炒飯/星洲炒飯/黃金炒飯/雪菜炒飯:米飯口感可以,各種炒飯配料相同,有高麗菜、白菜(或時蔬)/雪裏紅、紅蘿蔔丁、青豆、玉米粒、豆皮。什錦炒飯不油不過鹹,沒加醬油,若能將飯粒與油炒勻並炒出香味,味道會更好。星洲炒飯加上素沙茶及黑胡椒共炒,口味稍重一點,但仍不油不過鹹,不錯吃。香椿炒飯加了香椿醬共炒,香椿剁得夠細,吃來不會有渣滓感,味道香不過油。黃金炒飯是加了咖哩醬共炒,水分有收乾,飯不會濕軟,味道清爽。雪菜炒飯一般店家少見,口味特殊,雪菜鹹度若能稍降低一點會更好。 4.什錦燴飯/咖哩燴飯/星洲燴飯:配料有高麗菜、白菜、蕃茄、紅蘿蔔絲、杏鮑菇、珍珠菇、木耳、豆皮,什錦燴飯芡汁中似乎是加了醬油,咖哩/星洲燴飯芡汁都加了咖哩,勾薄芡,咖哩不辣不偏甜,配上蕃茄微酸非常開胃,米飯扣在盤邊,Q彈口感佳,整體非常美味。咖哩燴飯比星洲燴飯的咖哩味濃郁,星洲燴飯則是另加了黑胡椒和素沙茶。 5.麻婆燴飯:主菜麻婆豆腐以嫩豆腐、杏鮑菇片、紅蘿蔔丁、青豆、玉米和少許香菇片、高麗菜製作,微辣微甜,非常下飯,配菜另有炒菠菜,口味清爽,白飯也Q彈口感不錯。 6.麻油炒麵線/麻油湯麵線:炒麵線有淡淡的麻油香氣,湯麵線麻油味更淡一點。加了枸杞、蔘鬚提味。炒麵線軟而不爛,湯麵線則較軟爛。配料有高麗菜、白菜、紅蘿蔔絲、杏鮑菇片、木耳,味道很好,份量適中。正常份量是一把麵線,加大是兩把麵線,加25元。 7.雪菜年糕:年糕片軟中帶點Q,口感還不錯,翠綠的雪菜搭配白色的年糕,再加上紅色的蕃茄,及高麗菜、木耳、白精靈菇、豆皮等配料。顏色好看,餐食好吃。 8.芋香鹹粥:質地鬆軟的芋頭切丁,份量不少,但芋頭的香味較淡。配料有高麗菜、白菜、紅蘿蔔丁、青豆、玉米,粥是用熟飯煮,飯粒仍保有外型,比較像泡飯,味道清爽。 9.合菜便當/綜合便當:合菜便當有五樣菜,菜色常變換,綜合便當再多加一塊素鰻,一個獅子頭。可搭配白飯或五穀飯,白飯口感Q彈,五穀飯較營養。配菜都還有一定熱度,不油不過鹹,味道不錯。 二、上餐時付款,用餐後自行收盤。老闆曾服務於國賓飯店、天廚、太平洋聯誼社,廚藝精湛,動作俐落,點餐後平均二分鐘就上餐。開業已十年,店內空間不大,最多可容納十人用餐。 三、店家熱心公益,贊助社區弱勢家庭愛心餐食,令人感佩。

之前吃過炒飯還好 疫情期間只能外帶 便當75元很不錯(圖片為飯少) 不會太油菜偏鹹較好下飯 但是那個豆乾下面還是什麼像蟑螂腳 不知道⋯ 有點恐怖

Stir fried noodles and rice dishes are $80 NTD. The noodle dishes tasted just okay. Their non-rice/noodle dishes like Family Style Tofu, and Braised Tofu are $280 NTD.... For this price range in Taiwan, we were expecting quite a bit more than what we got in both portion & taste.
