非尖峰時段用餐,店面不大,環境算乾淨 整體調味是屬清淡的 湯&食物端上桌是很燙的 乾米粉的量是我吃過的小吃店量最足的 約其他家“正常量”的1.5倍 米粉是菜市場製麵攤賣的那種最細的炊粉 肉燥醬汁不多,但還算能均勻拌完 不鹹,依然吃得到香味 些許綠豆芽.白菜.蔥點綴,整個感覺蠻豐富 湯底表面清爽,喝起來有微微上湯的鮮甜 餛飩皮軟嫩微Q,個頭不大 但也非像東引小吃店的超小顆肉餡 包法是先三角對折再兩尖角合起來 跟我自己包法相同,這樣才不會吃到一堆皺摺的硬處 小菜表現正常,油豆腐是三角豆腐,3塊,軟Q 蔥給的蠻多,醬油是鹹甜型 老闆娘蠻有禮的,會繼續再訪,附近好停機車
