This is mainly a rental-type commercial building. Taixin Semiconductor itself is similar to Cathay Life Group and holds a charter company for commercial real estate rental. The overall condition of the building is pretty good, with flat parking spaces on the fourth floor underground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby is just ok. The building is just like a regular office building and not that great. Very near to the local bus station and has many eating options in the nearby area. Some work going on the floor in the lobby. The person at the front desk speak mandarian and English and are helpful. The lifts will only work if you have access. The AC is very powerful and have to wear jackets while working. The building is earthquake proof.
