跟南部的大腸麵線與眾不同，大腸頭居然有種入口即化感，很出乎意料！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 單論麵線的口味，比隔壁的還要層次感豐富，味道略甜更顯圓融；但配料變化與噱頭要少隔壁很多。
搭配湯包套餐與老闆調製的蒜片辣椒醬油是不錯的選擇。
