2/26親人離開台灣想歸還wifi機器在櫃檯詢問小姐想確認是否在此還機器卻被小姐用極差的態度回應
［你是不會看字嗎？在這裡！這裡有寫你沒看到嗎？你是看不中文嗎？在這裡！這裡！］這種口氣回覆，請問一個在台灣國際機場的服務窗口是這樣的服務態度嗎！實在讓人失望，我們並不是要多尊貴的服務，只是這樣的口氣回應對嗎？！老人家只是怕還錯地方想多問清楚確定一下不行嗎！
