The dry noodles are quite salty but the soup beef noodles is pretty light.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the dry (without broth) beef noodle was not bad. The beef could’ve been a bit more tender and it was salty. The small portion was 210NT which was slightly expensive. The side dishes were decent. Overall an okay place based on what I got

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite noodle restaurants. Chewy noodles. Tasty soup. Rich flavors from its noodle sauce. The owner is a Cantonese from HK with speciality in stewing soup. His wife comes from a Shandong family with speciality in dough and noodles. Perfect combination. From time to time I would come back to revisit the wonderful tastes and to indulge myself with its unique seasoning sauce, the chewy noodles, the rich tomato soup. ?
