★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就是市區常見的傻瓜乾麵。該店是瑞光路、港墘路口、適合內科上班族中午或晚上用餐的小吃店。外地人，不用特地過來。
一麵、一湯，外加一盤小菜的基本消費約110-125左右/去掉小菜，也大約90-95元不等。如果想要吃得更營養或多些菜類，鄰近還有客飯與自助餐的選擇（店家已推出簡單雞腿客飯）。
乾麵底有放豬油，得充分攪拌，以吃出麵香。餛飩與魚丸湯底，有柴魚粉味。店家則稱是海鮮湯，湯還算不錯。
王家拌麵用的辣渣，其實跟知名的小南門傻瓜乾麵相比，挺辣的，請酌量。
 It is a common dry noodle in the city. The shop is a snack bar at the intersection of Ruiguang Road and Gangbang Road, suitable for noon or evening meals for internal medicine office workers. Foreigners don't need to come here.

The spicy dregs used in Wang's noodles are actually very spicy compared to the well-known Xiaonanmen fool dry noodles, please consider it.

麵上來的時候單吃可以吃到麵的原味
不過可以再加醋與辣渣，依個人的口味調整
