個人感覺 櫃檯小姐態度滿不錯的呀 (不像其他留言所說) 尤其是黑色短髮的小姐 診所整體來說人員親切 服務項目也很多~

打兒童流感疫苗也要掛號,但當初打電話問的時候並沒有說可以預約掛號也沒有問,只說在門診時間來就可以了,徒增我在現場等候的時間。 填寫初診表跟打疫苗的文件時,櫃檯小姐不會一次告知該填寫的部分,而是我每次寫完她指示該寫的部分,要交卷卻一再地被退件說哪邊還沒寫,不能一次說完嗎!?而且態度也不是很親切….. 好不容易等了半小時多,終於進去診間給醫師評估完了,醫師請我稍等,這一等就是7分鐘以上,終於櫃檯把資料跟寶寶手冊交給負責注射的護理師,護理師這時才開始在填寫相關資料…..等終於要打了,護理師也不給家長看今天要注射的疫苗外盒、名稱、保存期限,就要直接下針….問了之後她才說他們都會再三確認過才打針,但提供資訊給病患/監護者我以為是標準流程耶,至少我在大醫院時都有這個步驟。 只是打個流感疫苗就花了快一個小時,非常耗費時間。 雖然對面有停車場很方便,但只是要打預防針的話建議先預約,而且千萬不要在趕時間的時候來。

I started to fill in the relevant information... When it was finally about to be shot, the nurse did not show the parent the box, name, and expiration date of the vaccine to be injected today, so he had to get the injection directly... After asking, she said that they would repeat the injection. The injection was confirmed after confirmation, but I thought it was a standard procedure to provide information to patients/guardians. At least I had this procedure when I was in a large hospital. It took almost an hour to get a flu shot, which was very time-consuming. Although there is a parking lot opposite it is very convenient, but if you just want to get a vaccination, it is recommended to make an appointment first, and do not come in a hurry.
