在我跟著不同家仲介先生小姐們看了幾個月房，卻總被推薦一些一開始就說明的各種不符合自己需求的物件（比如早說好不要看到高架、不要西曬、不要公寓頂樓⋯等）、以及各種超出預算的房子（為什麼啊啊啊？），心灰意冷之際⋯ 是阿中靠著耐心跟韌性幫我找到適合的物件，並誠摯地打動了原屋主（跟所有屋主一樣怕被仲介們騷擾），願意委託他並且順利簽約。
