三次都是我主動打電話詢問進度
第一次說會送修
第二次說確認送修進度
第三次說要從國外叫料回來維修
店家承諾會在二月底不管有沒有修好都會給個回應
結果到3/9還是依然不聞不問
完全感受不到想要處理的誠意
請問在這送修的期間不能使用的損失要算誰的？
算我倒霉？
服務是這樣做的？
