★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 維護得很好，比實際屋齡看起來新很多，乾淨綠意盎然的社區，公設低，中庭蟲鳴鳥叫，性價比高，有3房與4房格局，不過四期與五期都在航道下，白天風向遇上還是有飛機聲
It is well maintained, looks much newer than the actual house age, clean and green community, low public facilities, atrium bugs and birds, high cost performance, there are 3 and 4 rooms layout, but the fourth and fifth phases are in the channel In the daytime, there is still the sound of airplanes when the wind direction meets
