LG電視烙印影像殘留及未經同意更換非同型號之面板欺瞞消費者! 去年107/4/29(5/2晚上送貨到府安裝)在內湖購買型號OLED65E6T,65吋3D電視,消費金額新台幣$80749 1.使用1年22天,發現電視左下角有數字及方塊烙印影像殘留(5/29~30LG客服申訴) 2.廠商更換面板未告知此次更換的面板是2D面板非3D面板(5/31LG同意更換新面板) 6/9租3D影片在家看3D電視時,發現電視 沒有3D功能,聯絡客服人員及維修部主管蕭先生,蕭先生回覆現在只有2D面板沒有3D面板,因3D面板已停產⋯⋯⋯ LG公司在未通知消費者要更換不同功能面板視為欺騙行為,未誠實告知消費者而自行更換。 由消費者發現時才說沒有3D面板所以要更換2D面板,此為欺騙客戶。 (1)LG公司已知3D已停產可能會沒有零件維修還進行販售欺瞞消費者。 (2)一台昂貴的8萬元電視只看1年22天就有嚴重的產品瑕疵。 (3)未告知消費者更換不同機型的面板,由消費指自己發現為欺騙行為。 我家裡有3台3D電視,一台3D藍光家庭劇院,一台空氣清新機,全皆為LG品牌商品,LG公司是這樣對待忠實顧客的嗎?另外家中2台未故障的3D電視,之後也會成為孤兒,3D電視價位本身就比2D電視價格還高,為何消費者要接受以高換低的零件更換,就是想看3D電影才花比較高的金額購買3D電視,要不然我買普通電視就好,金額也比較便宜,身為忠實顧客感覺是真的非常的差,其他高價購買3D電視的人都是笨蛋嗎?LG公司應負起良好的售後服務而不是欺騙消費者~ 6/14已經消保會進行申訴了 去電LG客服及維修人員已達超過十次了,至今尚未解決,以上為自身體驗,請大家參考~

大家千萬別買LG產品! 個人幾年前花了三萬多元買了一台LG42吋3D電視,11/3突然莫名自動關機,用遙控器及機上開關也都開不了機。11/5一早打電話去客服,直到下午才有維修エ程師回電,告知機型後,他連到現場看都免,直接隔空問診判定是主機板問題且缺料,必需問公司是否可找到替代品,11/7回報告知找到一片,但要價4500元,且更換後,無3D功能、HDMI只剩三台、無可連接電腦之RGB、光纖無法外接音響......,等於花一大筆機修後也只剩不到半台電視功能!如此荒謬之售後服務誰能接受?欲提客訴,卻無客訴部門,要找高階主管也全無連繫反應管道;再向客服反應也是雙手一攤無能處理,主管又躲起來不願面對,只能留下電話靜候;直至11/8才有一李姓客服主管來電詢問經過,經詳述後也只答應會先專人確認當機原因,之後該公司維修站來電又稱該機型當機狀況很多且又停產,替代品只對一般機型,3D型不供應主機板;個人當下要求現場確認是否非換不可,竟回稱要就換,不換就先收400元,這是哪門子的售後服務?已近一週無電視可看了,全公司沒人將心比心,申訴管道如同衙門,比官僚還官僚,客服也都愛理不理,一再宣稱超過三年保固期就沒辦法,意思是LG電視只能看三年,逾期就成了孤兒!另外,別相信LG廣告宣傳多先進之功能,因為很快就會停產,找不到零件就要自認倒霉了! 接下來除了向主管機關及消基會提消費爭議處理外,就只有提告一途了!

個人過去從貴LG公司來台灣購買了不少不同類型家電產品,從電漿電視,DLP投影/LCD電視,製冰冰箱等等,是很耐用品質及保固服務都不錯,但也有遇過需要服務的時。而現今LG樂金家電售後服務與以往的售後服務差太多(懷疑是不是外包附近店家來修),維修價格也沒公開又不透明(以前LG有公開收費標準,自己獨門零件自聘工程師維修,原廠零件收費很合理也便宜)也會報大約價格錢,維修前都不事先約時間臨時才通知要來修,維修不像以前LG會有維修內容價格的單據做憑證。維修人員只帶一個局部的小零件來換,本人要求換整組全新零件,來維修的人員就說沒整組的全新零件沒進口缺貨中要換整組需等三個月(如果大家能等嗎?)好吧!就照他意思只換局部小零件(本人知道這整組零件新機種都還沿用共用不會缺料),只要換局部的零件就可以了,小小一片零件,完修後還要主動要求才開單據收或發票,沒有一個透明的收費標準技術員說多少就多少,局部小零件換後隔天又出現問題,再去電約維修,這次同一維修員帶就來了一整組全新未拆封的零件(不是說要等三個月嗎?),這次再收一次錢前後加起來才共一張五個小朋友(說多也不多只是奇摩子不),後面收的差額說要我不要跟他要補差額的發票,前帳他已經報繳回公司結案(這樣他前面有繳回公司,後面是不是可以拗起來?),這零件實際上網查很便宜,後來這樣換變得感覺很差,大公司後面又不給補差額的發票。
