需求得不到回覆,業務回應太慢。 買了ERP後,欲花錢客製程序或報表得不到回應, 給業務的mail、電話都石沉大海,無人回覆。 人力不足應該是該公司應該要解決的問題, 而不是讓客人乾等得不到回覆。

Bug多,只能一再退出進入, 基本模組沒有多單位轉換, 單據微調不能儲存, 皆要加錢購買, 沒提供試用期, 系統操作不夠人性化, 客服永遠接不通, 業務回覆慢, 非常後悔購買?????

1:服務電話撥約一小時才接通,解決方案:線上提問,客服:講中文但非台灣口音,不專業,問問題還會回覆您自己試試⋯ Ps:還會因爲對岸放長假,要客戶等對岸上班在協助處理問題! 2:賣了那麼久的軟體還有因為被登出導致系統bug,強制鎖資料,需自行到伺服器主機強制系統重新整理。三個月後願意協助才更新bug。 3:因疫情線上視訊教學,客戶上課證需要自行寄回去,不然要額外收取2000(一家賣軟體的自己系統都不健全,無法紀錄客戶上課卷使用次數)。 要購買真的要三思而後行! 要購買真的要三思而後行! 要購買真的要三思而後行!
