我跟同學是在高中才開始學跆拳道的
我們高中畢業後都拿到黑帶了
練完之後身體也變健康了！
但是最近疫情的關係
教練真的過得很辛苦
這個健身道館真的超棒的！
有想要學的人都可以來～
教練不只教我們步伐和拳法和踢腿和體能
他也會講很多人生故事
教導學齡前或是正在學習的小孩子做人處事的道理
大推！！！
Coach Luo is super good!
My classmates and I only started learning taekwondo in high school
We all got black belts after graduating from high school
After training, the body becomes healthy too!
But the relationship between the recent epidemic
The coach really had a hard time
This gym is really awesome!
Anyone who wants to learn can come~
The coach not only teaches us steps and boxing, kicks and physical fitness
He also tells many life stories
Teach preschool children or children who are learning the principles of how to behave
